In the event you have purchased one of our print-on-demand fulfillment items, please contact us by email to assist you. Given the nature of print-on-demand items, the process will be slightly different from what you see here, but we’ll be glad to assist you.

To make a return, please email rosanna@citlalirose.com with your order number. We’ll help you process your return and provide a free shipping label for your purchased item. Simply repackage your item and drop it off at the post office. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.

If you are purchasing downloadable products, you are purchasing a personal use only license. For digital download products, you are not buying a physical product, but the right to use the image with restricted use. This restricted limited license only allows for use of images/digital print for personal use. You do not have permission to sell, share, redistribute or give away the digital images in anyway, shape or form at anytime. You may not claim the digital images as your own. You may not use any digital image in the creation of logos, banners, personal profiles or images for a company or commercial website. You do not have permission to create products for sale based on the images contained in the downloadable file. Do not reproduce this image in mass production. Due to the nature of digital products we cannot offer a refund on any purchase of downloadable products.
